Thank You Bill Jacobs (from the President)

It is my sad duty to advise that Mr Bill Jacobs has resigned from his roles as Chair of the State Disciplinary Committee and also of the VBA Disciplinary Committee.

I have accepted Bill’s resignations from these positions with great regret and wish him all the very best. On behalf of the VBA Council and the Victorian bridge community, I thank Bill sincerely for his great service.

Bill has been a superb Chair for a very long period of time, encompassing three VBA Presidents, and will be greatly missed.

The VBA Council will advise, in due course, after appropriate reflection, who will replace Bill in these roles.
