It is with great sadness that we advise of the passing of David Morgan on 13th January following a long battle with cancer.
David was on the Council of the VBA from 2012-2022 and served as Vice-President from 2019-2022. He was a fine bridge player who won the Pennant in 2009 and played in the Victorian Open Team in 2009, 2010 and 2018.
David is remembered as a wonderful gentleman, an interesting and insightful man. He will be greatly missed by those who played with him and those who served alongside him.
A Thanksgiving Service for David will be held on Friday Feb 3 at 2pm at Uniting By the Bay church (Chelsea Uniting Church) 2-4 Sherwood Ave Chelsea.
