Congratulations…..

Over the past 2 weekends the Victorian Restricted Pairs Championship and the ANC Selection finals for the Victorian Seniors and Womens Teams have been held.

In the Restricted Pairs Colin Jasper (Gardenvale) and Allan Hardie (Frankston) had a comprehensive win with Charles Huang (Waverley) & Bei Tang (Upwey) coming runners-up.  Both these pairs will receive a free airfare, accommodation and entry fee to the ANC Restricted pairs Championships at the ANC in Perth.

In the selection final for the Victorian Seniors’ Teams the top 3 pairs were 1st George Lovrecz/Stan Klofa 2nd Robert Gallus/Stephen Weisz 3rd Len Meyer/Phyliss Moritz.  These pairs will form the ANC Seniors Team (Captain yet to be announced)

In the Women’s Final Laura Ginnan and Eva Samuel ran first with Belinda Lindsay/Helen Stewart as runners up and Eva Caplan/Jenny Thompson 3rd.

These pairs and teams will join the Victorian Open Team of Neil Ewart, Dee Harley, Simon Henbest Peter Holland, Chris Hughes, Justin Mill at the Australian National Championships in July.
