Fostering interest in the game
In this event, you enter as a Team of three players, and you will be assigned a Captain as the fourth player. Your Captain will be an experienced player. The event runs over two sessions of three matches, each of 8 boards. In the morning and afternoon sessions, you will play with each of your other team-mates.
Venue: VBA Clubrooms, 131 Poath Road, Murrumbeena
Start: 10am, Saturday July 30th
Format: 6 x 8 board matches. Teams Scoring
Cost: $75 This includes lunch. $5 of your entry fee will add to the fund-raising pool for the Victorian Youth Team.

This event is a great way for less experienced players to play with the best players in Victoria in a fun, relaxed, but competitive environment. We especially encourage duplicate players and newer players to the game to give this event a try.
