Refreshments:

• Light lunch will be provided. To aid with catering if you require avegetorian, gluten free or a coeliac diet, please inform the convenor by phone or email by 2 March 2019.  SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUESTS ON THE DAY CANNOT BE CATERED FOR.
• During play breaks: tea, coffee, fruit juice, home-made biscuits, slices and cakes  will be served in the venue’s vestibule, outside of the main hall.
• No food is permitted to be taken to the tables in the main hall, only bottled water.
• Bring your own bottled water – refills are available throughout the day.
